Japanese Sweet Potato Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 11 sweet potato(200g)
- 21 egg(50g)
- 32 tablespoon cocoa powder(12g)
- 42 tablespoon almond milk(30g)
Instructions
- 1Steam the sweet potato until soft, then peel and mash it in a bowl.
- 2Add one egg, cocoa powder, and almond milk to the mashed sweet potato.
- 3Mix all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
- 4Pour the mixture into a small baking dish or ramekin.
- 5Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
- 6Let cool slightly before serving.
