Sesame Crunch Salad in a Jar
Ingredients
- 11 tablespoon sesame oil(13g)
- 21 tablespoon vinegar(15g)
- 31 tablespoon soy sauce(16g)
- 41 teaspoon maple syrup(7g)
- 50.25 avocado(50g)
- 60.5 teaspoon Sriracha(3g)
- 71 clove garlic(3g)
- 81 teaspoon ginger(2g)
- 91 tablespoon tahini(15g)
- 100.5 cup chickpeas(80g)
- 111 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, carrot, cabbage)(100g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, avocado, Sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, and tahini until smooth.
- 2Add a portion of the dressing to the bottom of each jar.
- 3Add chickpeas or your preferred protein on top of the dressing.
- 4Layer mixed vegetables (such as bell pepper, carrot, and cabbage) on top.
- 5Seal the jars and refrigerate until ready to eat.
- 6When ready to serve, shake the jar to mix the dressing and salad, then enjoy.
