Ingredients

  • 14 cup fresh spinach(120g)
  • 21 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops)(150g)
  • 30.5 cup cream cheese(115g)
  • 40.25 cup Parmesan cheese(25g)
  • 52 clove garlic, minced(6g)
  • 62 tablespoon butter(28g)
  • 70.25 cup breadcrumbs(30g)
  • 81 tablespoon lemon juice(15g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 100.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Remove excess moisture.
  4. 4In a bowl, combine cooked spinach, mixed seafood, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. 5Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top.
  6. 6Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
