Seafood Spinach Rockefeller
Ingredients
- 14 cup fresh spinach(120g)
- 21 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops)(150g)
- 30.5 cup cream cheese(115g)
- 40.25 cup Parmesan cheese(25g)
- 52 clove garlic, minced(6g)
- 62 tablespoon butter(28g)
- 70.25 cup breadcrumbs(30g)
- 81 tablespoon lemon juice(15g)
- 90.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 100.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- 3Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Remove excess moisture.
- 4In a bowl, combine cooked spinach, mixed seafood, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- 5Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top.
- 6Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- 7Serve hot.
