Ingredients

  • 12 cup Pasta(200g)
  • 22 Egg yolks(40g)
  • 30.5 cup Parmesan cheese(50g)
  • 42 tablespoon Chili oil(30g)
  • 5200 g Shrimp(200g)
  • 61 tablespoon Cajun seasoning(8g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
  • 80.25 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3Heat 1 tablespoon chili oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. 4In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, and remaining chili oil.
  5. 5Add cooked pasta to the bowl and toss quickly to coat, allowing the residual heat to create a creamy sauce.
  6. 6Add the cooked shrimp to the pasta and toss to combine.
  7. 7Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and chili oil if desired.
