Crispy Bang Bang Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
- 1300 g chicken tenders(300g)
- 21 egg(50g)
- 330 g flour(30g)
- 450 g cornflakes(50g)
- 51 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
- 61 teaspoon onion powder(2.5g)
- 70.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 80.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
- 910 spray cooking oil spray(2g)
- 10100 g Greek yogurt (0% fat)(100g)
- 1130 g sweet chili sauce(30g)
- 121 teaspoon sriracha(5g)
- 1320 g honey(20g)
- 1430 g extra sweet chili sauce(30g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- 3Set up three bowls: one with whisked egg, one with flour, and one with crushed cornflakes.
- 4Coat each chicken tender first in flour, then in egg, then in crushed cornflakes.
- 5Place coated tenders in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking oil.
- 6Air fry for 12-15 minutes at 200°C (400°F) until golden and cooked through.
- 7While chicken cooks, mix Greek yogurt, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
- 8Once cooked, smear each tender with extra sweet chili sauce.
- 9Serve chicken tenders with bang bang sauce for dipping.
