2Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice over the salmon. Season with half the salt and pepper. Mince 2 garlic cloves and sprinkle over the fillets.
4Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
5While the salmon bakes, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
6Add the orzo and cook according to package instructions. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets.
7Drain the orzo and broccoli, then return to the pot.
8Stir in the spinach, remaining olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and the rest of the salt and pepper. Mix until the spinach wilts.
9Serve the baked garlic salmon over the broccoli-spinach orzo.
