High Protein Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 13 Egg whites(90g)
- 240 g Cocoa powder(40g)
- 31.5 tablespoon Sweetener(18g)
- 42 tablespoon Chocolate chips(28g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- 2Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- 3Gently fold in the sweetener and cocoa powder with smooth, enveloping movements.
- 4Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 5Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
- 6Bake for 10-12 minutes until set.
- 7Let cool before serving.
