Ingredients

  • 12 banana(300g)
  • 22 egg(100g)
  • 370 g unsweetened cocoa powder(70g)
  • 45 drop sweetener drops(2g)
  • 515 g dark chocolate(15g)
  • 61 pinch salt(0.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) or the air fryer to 170°C (338°F).
  2. 2Peel and mash the bananas in a large bowl.
  3. 3Add the eggs and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. 4Sift in the cocoa powder and mix until you have a smooth batter.
  5. 5Add a few drops of sweetener and mix again.
  6. 6Pour the batter into a lined or greased 16x16 cm or 18 cm round baking pan.
  7. 7Sprinkle the dark chocolate pieces on top (optional).
  8. 8Bake in the oven for 30 minutes on the lower rack, or in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, until set.
  9. 9Let cool before slicing and serving.
