- 30.75 cup warm milk(180g)
- 42 tablespoon melted butter(28g)
- 51 teaspoon sugar(4g)
- 61 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 72 teaspoon instant yeast(7g)
Instructions
- 1Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- 2Add milk, yogurt, and butter, knead into a soft dough.
- 3Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- 4Divide and roll into oval shapes.
- 5Cook on a hot pan or bake at 230°C until puffed and golden.
- 6Brush with butter and serve warm.
