Ingredients

  • 12.25 cup all-purpose flour(280g)
  • 22 tablespoon plain yogurt(30g)
  • 30.75 cup warm milk(180g)
  • 42 tablespoon melted butter(28g)
  • 51 teaspoon sugar(4g)
  • 61 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 72 teaspoon instant yeast(7g)

Instructions

  1. 1Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. 2Add milk, yogurt, and butter, knead into a soft dough.
  3. 3Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. 4Divide and roll into oval shapes.
  5. 5Cook on a hot pan or bake at 230°C until puffed and golden.
