2In a large bowl, combine the lamb mince, beef mince, blended onions, olive oil, Greek yogurt, and Caribbean Gold Blend. Knead well until you have a smooth mixture.
3Take portions of the meat mixture and place them between two sheets of baking paper. Roll out the mixture to about 3 mm thick.
4Remove the top sheet of baking paper, roll up the meat with the bottom sheet, and place on a baking tray. Repeat until all the meat is used.
5Bake the kebab in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
6Remove the kebab from the baking paper, break into pieces, and grill for another 10 minutes until crispy.
