Ingredients

  • 1500 g lamb mince(500g)
  • 2500 g beef mince(500g)
  • 330 ml olive oil(27g)
  • 44 tablespoon Greek yogurt(60g)
  • 52 onion(200g)
  • 63 tablespoon Caribbean Gold Blend (pepper, paprika powder, chili flakes, cumin, oregano, salt)(21g)

Instructions

  1. 1Finely blend the onions in a blender.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the lamb mince, beef mince, blended onions, olive oil, Greek yogurt, and Caribbean Gold Blend. Knead well until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. 3Take portions of the meat mixture and place them between two sheets of baking paper. Roll out the mixture to about 3 mm thick.
  4. 4Remove the top sheet of baking paper, roll up the meat with the bottom sheet, and place on a baking tray. Repeat until all the meat is used.
  5. 5Bake the kebab in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
  6. 6Remove the kebab from the baking paper, break into pieces, and grill for another 10 minutes until crispy.
  7. 7Serve with salad, bread, and garlic sauce.
