Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine the beef mince, grated onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt or stock powder.
2Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
3Shape the mixture into 8-10 flattened meatballs (rissoles).
4Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
5Add the rissoles to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
6Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels if desired.
