Oat and Apple Fitness Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 11 cup Oats(90g)
- 21 Apple(150g)
- 32 Egg(100g)
- 40.5 cup Milk(120g)
- 51 teaspoon Baking powder(5g)
- 62 tablespoon Honey(40g)
- 71 teaspoon Cinnamon(3g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Peel and grate the apple.
- 3In a bowl, mix oats, grated apple, eggs, milk, baking powder, honey, and cinnamon.
- 4Stir until well combined.
- 5Pour the mixture into cupcake molds.
- 6Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- 7Let cool before serving.
