Ingredients

  • 16 Peeled garlic cloves(18g)
  • 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
  • 31 tablespoon Fresh rosemary(3g)
  • 43 tablespoon Unsalted butter(42g)
  • 51 teaspoon Lemon zest(2g)
  • 62 tablespoon Lemon juice(30g)
  • 70.5 cup Freshly grated Parmesan(50g)
  • 82 tablespoon Fresh parsley(8g)
  • 9250 g Spaghetti or linguine(250g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the spaghetti or linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add peeled garlic cloves and fresh rosemary. Sauté until garlic is golden and fragrant.
  3. 3Add unsalted butter to the skillet and melt, stirring to combine.
  4. 4Add lemon zest and lemon juice to the skillet. Stir well.
  5. 5Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter sauce.
  6. 6Add freshly grated Parmesan and toss until melted and creamy.
