Creamy Garlic Butter Pasta
Ingredients
- 16 Peeled garlic cloves(18g)
- 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 31 tablespoon Fresh rosemary(3g)
- 43 tablespoon Unsalted butter(42g)
- 51 teaspoon Lemon zest(2g)
- 62 tablespoon Lemon juice(30g)
- 70.5 cup Freshly grated Parmesan(50g)
- 82 tablespoon Fresh parsley(8g)
- 9250 g Spaghetti or linguine(250g)
- 101 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 110.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 120.5 teaspoon Chili flakes(1g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the spaghetti or linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add peeled garlic cloves and fresh rosemary. Sauté until garlic is golden and fragrant.
- 3Add unsalted butter to the skillet and melt, stirring to combine.
- 4Add lemon zest and lemon juice to the skillet. Stir well.
- 5Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter sauce.
- 6Add freshly grated Parmesan and toss until melted and creamy.
- 7Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes (if using).
- 8Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
