- 1750 g Ground beef (5% fat)(750g)
- 24 clove Garlic(16g)
- 31 Onion(120g)
- 42 Red bell pepper(300g)
- 510 g Basil(10g)
- 62 tablespoon Sesame seeds(18g)
- 71 Red chili pepper(15g)
- 810 Egg(500g)
- 9400 g Basmati rice(400g)
- 104 tablespoon Soy sauce(60g)
- 114 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce(64g)
- 121 tablespoon Honey(21g)
- 131 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 140.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 152 tablespoon Vegetable oil(28g)
Instructions
- 1Chop the onion, garlic, red bell peppers, and red chili pepper.
- 2Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- 3Add the chopped onion, bell peppers, and chili pepper. Sauté until softened.
- 4Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 5Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned.
- 6Season with salt and black pepper.
- 7In a bowl, mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, and sesame seeds.
- 8Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir well and cook until the beef is caramelized.
- 9Add chopped basil and mix to combine. Remove from heat.
- 10Meanwhile, cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.
- 11In a separate pan, cook the eggs as fried eggs or scramble them, as preferred.
- 12Divide the rice into 5 meal prep containers. Top each with the beef mixture and 2 eggs.
- 13Garnish with extra sesame seeds and basil if desired.
