- 40.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 51.5 cup BBQ sauce(360g)
- 60.25 cup beef broth(60g)
- 72 tablespoon brown sugar(24g)
- 81 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce(15g)
- 91 teaspoon smoked paprika(2.3g)
- 101 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
- 110.5 teaspoon onion powder(1.5g)
Instructions
- 1Season brisket generously with salt and black pepper on all sides.
- 2Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3Sear brisket for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- 4Place the brisket into the slow cooker.
- 5In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- 6Pour the sauce over the brisket, coating it well.
- 7Cover and cook on LOW for 8–10 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until fork-tender.
- 8Slice brisket against the grain and spoon extra sauce over the top before serving.
