- 12 piece Chicken breast(300g)
- 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 31 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 40.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 51 teaspoon Garlic powder(3g)
- 62 piece Potatoes(300g)
- 72 tablespoon Butter(28g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- 4Peel and slice potatoes.
- 5Place potatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with melted butter, and season with salt and pepper.
- 6Place seared chicken breasts on top of potatoes.
- 7Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- 8Serve hot.
