Fruit Sorbet Trio (Lemon, Mango, Raspberry)
Ingredients
- 11 Lemon(120g)
- 21 Mango(200g)
- 3100 g Raspberry(100g)
- 4100 g Sugar(100g)
- 5100 ml Water(100g)
Instructions
- 1Juice the lemon and set aside.
- 2Peel and chop the mango into small pieces.
- 3Puree the raspberries until smooth.
- 4In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves to make a simple syrup. Let it cool.
- 5Divide the syrup into three portions.
- 6Mix one portion of syrup with the lemon juice, one with the mango pieces (blended), and one with the raspberry puree.
- 7Pour each fruit mixture into separate containers and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour to break up ice crystals.
- 8Once frozen, scoop and serve each sorbet flavor together as a trio.
