Ingredients

  • 11 Lemon(120g)
  • 21 Mango(200g)
  • 3100 g Raspberry(100g)
  • 4100 g Sugar(100g)
  • 5100 ml Water(100g)

Instructions

  1. 1Juice the lemon and set aside.
  2. 2Peel and chop the mango into small pieces.
  3. 3Puree the raspberries until smooth.
  4. 4In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves to make a simple syrup. Let it cool.
  5. 5Divide the syrup into three portions.
  6. 6Mix one portion of syrup with the lemon juice, one with the mango pieces (blended), and one with the raspberry puree.
  7. 7Pour each fruit mixture into separate containers and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour to break up ice crystals.
  8. 8Once frozen, scoop and serve each sorbet flavor together as a trio.
