Instructions

  1. 1Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
  2. 2In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar. Combine with the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
  3. 3Stir in melted butter.
  4. 4Pour the batter into a greased 30×40 cm pan and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10–15 minutes, until set and golden.
  5. 5Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. 6Spread a layer of chocolate sauce over the baked crepe, then a layer of whipped cream, followed by sliced strawberries.
  7. 7Roll the crepe cake, dust with cocoa powder, and add extra whipped cream and strawberries on top.
  8. 8Slice and serve.
