- 2360 ml milk(360g)
- 31 teaspoon vanilla extract(5g)
- 4110 g flour(110g)
- 52 tablespoon sugar(25g)
- 61 pinch salt(1g)
- 72 tablespoon butter, melted(28g)
- 81 cup heavy cream(240g)
- 92 tablespoon powdered sugar(16g)
- 10150 g strawberries(150g)
- 113 tablespoon chocolate sauce(45g)
- 121 tablespoon cocoa powder(7g)
Instructions
- 1Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
- 2In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar. Combine with the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- 3Stir in melted butter.
- 4Pour the batter into a greased 30×40 cm pan and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10–15 minutes, until set and golden.
- 5Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- 6Spread a layer of chocolate sauce over the baked crepe, then a layer of whipped cream, followed by sliced strawberries.
- 7Roll the crepe cake, dust with cocoa powder, and add extra whipped cream and strawberries on top.
- 8Slice and serve.
