- 51 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
- 63 piece potatoes(450g)
- 70.5 cup cheddar cheese(56g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- 4Slice potatoes and arrange them in a baking dish.
- 5Place seared chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
- 6Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken and potatoes.
- 7Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
