Ingredients

  • 13 sheet rice paper sheets(18g)
  • 21 egg(50g)
  • 3200 g ricotta cheese(200g)
  • 440 g blueberries(40g)
  • 515 g honey(15g)
  • 65 g sesame seeds(5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the air fryer to 355°F (180°C).
  2. 2Beat the egg in a shallow bowl.
  3. 3Dip each rice paper sheet in the beaten egg.
  4. 4Stack the three egg-coated rice paper sheets on top of each other.
  5. 5Place the ricotta cheese and blueberries in the center of the stacked sheets.
  6. 6Fold the edges of the rice paper to form a small parcel.
  7. 7Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the parcel.
  8. 8Place the parcel in the air fryer basket.
  9. 9Air fry for 12 minutes at 355°F until crispy and golden.
  10. 10Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with honey before serving.
