- 11 Egg(50g)
- 22 cup All-purpose flour(240g)
- 30.5 teaspoon Baking soda(2g)
- 40.75 cup Brown sugar(150g)
- 52.5 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground(6g)
- 60.5 cup Granulated sugar(100g)
- 70.25 teaspoon Salt(1.5g)
- 81 teaspoon Vanilla extract(4g)
- 90.5 cup Butter, unsalted(113g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- 4In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
- 5Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- 6Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- 7In a small bowl, mix the remaining 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon with a little extra granulated sugar (optional) and sprinkle over the cookies.
- 8Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- 9Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
