Ingredients
- 11 cup All-purpose flour(120g)
- 20.5 cup Butter(113g)
- 31 cup Water(240g)
- 40.25 teaspoon Salt(1.5g)
- 54 Eggs(200g)
- 61 cup Whipped cream(240g)
- 72 tablespoon Sugar(25g)
- 81 teaspoon Vanilla extract(5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- 2In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- 3Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides.
- 4Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- 5Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until smooth.
- 6Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool completely.
- 8In a bowl, whip cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- 9Cut cooled puffs in half and fill with whipped cream.
- 10Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
