Ingredients

  • 11 cup All-purpose flour(120g)
  • 20.5 cup Butter(113g)
  • 31 cup Water(240g)
  • 40.25 teaspoon Salt(1.5g)
  • 54 Eggs(200g)
  • 61 cup Whipped cream(240g)
  • 72 tablespoon Sugar(25g)
  • 81 teaspoon Vanilla extract(5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. 2In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides.
  4. 4Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. 5Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until smooth.
  6. 6Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. 7Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool completely.
  8. 8In a bowl, whip cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  9. 9Cut cooled puffs in half and fill with whipped cream.
  10. 10Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
