Ingredients
- 11 package (8 count) refrigerated flaky biscuits(340g)
- 21 teaspoon coarse salt(5g)
- 32 tablespoon melted butter(28g)
- 40.25 cup baking soda(60g)
- 58 cup water(1920g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Cut each biscuit into 6 individual pieces.
- 3Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add baking soda and stir to dissolve.
- 4Add biscuit pieces to the boiling water for 20-30 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- 5Brush each bite with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- 6Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 7Let cool slightly before serving.
