Ingredients

  • 11 package (8 count) refrigerated flaky biscuits(340g)
  • 21 teaspoon coarse salt(5g)
  • 32 tablespoon melted butter(28g)
  • 40.25 cup baking soda(60g)
  • 58 cup water(1920g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Cut each biscuit into 6 individual pieces.
  3. 3Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add baking soda and stir to dissolve.
  4. 4Add biscuit pieces to the boiling water for 20-30 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. 5Brush each bite with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  6. 6Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. 7Let cool slightly before serving.
