131 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari (for garnish)(15g)
141 teaspoon chili crisp (for garnish)(5g)
152 scallions (for garnish)(30g)
161 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)(3g)
Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine ground pork, sliced scallions, grated garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce or tamari, toasted sesame oil, chili crisp, rice vinegar, and white pepper. Mix gently by hand until well combined.
2Prepare a small baking dish or individual ramekins.
3Dip wonton or dumpling wrappers quickly in water and layer them on the bottom of the dish.
4Spread a thin layer of the pork mixture on top of the wrappers.
5Repeat layering wrappers and pork mixture until you run out of space or ingredients, finishing with a layer of wrappers on top.
6Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of chicken broth or water over the top to keep the lasagna juicy.
7Transfer the dish to a steamer, cover, and steam for about 25 minutes.
8Remove from the steamer and drizzle with extra soy sauce or tamari, chili crisp, sliced scallions, and sesame seeds.
