- 1600 g beef mince (5% fat)(600g)
- 2250 g jasmine rice (uncooked)(250g)
- 32 tablespoon soy sauce(30g)
- 41 tablespoon honey(21g)
- 51 teaspoon sesame oil(4.5g)
- 62 garlic cloves(6g)
- 71 teaspoon ginger (optional)(2g)
- 81 carrot (julienne)(60g)
- 90.5 cucumber (sliced)(100g)
- 101 tablespoon sesame seeds(9g)
- 112 spring onion(20g)
Instructions
- 1Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2Brown beef mince in a pan, drain excess liquid.
- 3Add garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and ginger to the beef. Stir well.
- 4Simmer the mixture until glossy.
- 5Portion the beef mixture with rice into bowls or containers.
- 6Add julienned carrot and sliced cucumber fresh on the side. Top with sesame seeds and spring onion.
