Ingredients

  • 11 cup Cabbage(70g)
  • 20.5 cup Bean sprouts(45g)
  • 30.5 cup Tofu skin(40g)
  • 40.5 cup Shimeji mushrooms(45g)
  • 54 piece Baby corn(40g)
  • 61 piece Drunken chicken thigh (cooked or raw)(150g)
  • 71 piece Scallion oil chicken thigh (optional)(150g)
  • 81 teaspoon Cooking oil(5g)
  • 91 sheet Baking paper(5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Lay a sheet of baking paper on the table.
  2. 2Place cabbage, bean sprouts, tofu skin, shimeji mushrooms, and baby corn in the center of the paper.
  3. 3Add one piece of drunken chicken thigh (and/or scallion oil chicken thigh) on top of the vegetables.
  4. 4Drizzle with a teaspoon of cooking oil if desired.
  5. 5Fold the baking paper in half over the ingredients, then roll up the sides to seal the packet.
  6. 6Place the paper packet in a pot, cover with a lid, and cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7Remove the packet from the pot, open carefully, and serve hot.
