Paper-Wrapped Steamed Chicken and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 11 cup Cabbage(70g)
- 20.5 cup Bean sprouts(45g)
- 30.5 cup Tofu skin(40g)
- 40.5 cup Shimeji mushrooms(45g)
- 54 piece Baby corn(40g)
- 61 piece Drunken chicken thigh (cooked or raw)(150g)
- 71 piece Scallion oil chicken thigh (optional)(150g)
- 81 teaspoon Cooking oil(5g)
- 91 sheet Baking paper(5g)
Instructions
- 1Lay a sheet of baking paper on the table.
- 2Place cabbage, bean sprouts, tofu skin, shimeji mushrooms, and baby corn in the center of the paper.
- 3Add one piece of drunken chicken thigh (and/or scallion oil chicken thigh) on top of the vegetables.
- 4Drizzle with a teaspoon of cooking oil if desired.
- 5Fold the baking paper in half over the ingredients, then roll up the sides to seal the packet.
- 6Place the paper packet in a pot, cover with a lid, and cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
- 7Remove the packet from the pot, open carefully, and serve hot.
