Ingredients

  • 1300 g homemade pasta(300g)
  • 22 liter water(2000g)
  • 32 tablespoon vegetable oil(28g)
  • 41 onion(100g)
  • 5100 ml cream(100g)
  • 61 teaspoon salt(5g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon paprika(1g)
  • 9200 g chicken tenders(200g)
  • 102 tablespoon fried onions(14g)
  • 111 tablespoon green herbs (parsley or chives)(4g)
  • 1250 ml sauce (your choice)(50g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the homemade pasta in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. 2Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4Pour in the cream and stir until combined.
  5. 5Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well.
  6. 6Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  7. 7Let the pasta absorb the cream for 2-3 minutes.
  8. 8Transfer the pasta to a serving plate.
  9. 9Fry the chicken tenders in hot oil until crispy and golden.
  10. 10Place the crispy chicken tenders on top of the pasta.
