- 1300 g homemade pasta(300g)
- 22 liter water(2000g)
- 32 tablespoon vegetable oil(28g)
- 41 onion(100g)
- 5100 ml cream(100g)
- 61 teaspoon salt(5g)
- 70.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 80.5 teaspoon paprika(1g)
- 9200 g chicken tenders(200g)
- 102 tablespoon fried onions(14g)
- 111 tablespoon green herbs (parsley or chives)(4g)
- 1250 ml sauce (your choice)(50g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the homemade pasta in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- 2Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 3Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 4Pour in the cream and stir until combined.
- 5Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well.
- 6Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- 7Let the pasta absorb the cream for 2-3 minutes.
- 8Transfer the pasta to a serving plate.
- 9Fry the chicken tenders in hot oil until crispy and golden.
- 10Place the crispy chicken tenders on top of the pasta.
- 11Drizzle with your choice of sauce.
- 12Sprinkle fried onions and chopped green herbs over the dish.
- 13Serve immediately.
