- 41 green bell pepper(120g)
- 53 clove garlic(9g)
- 61 can diced tomatoes(400g)
- 72 cup beef broth(480g)
- 82 tablespoon tomato paste(32g)
- 91 teaspoon paprika(2g)
- 101 teaspoon Italian seasoning(2g)
- 110.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 120.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 131 tablespoon olive oil(13g)
- 142 tablespoon parsley(6g)
Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- 2Add chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft.
- 3Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
- 4Add ground beef and cook until browned while breaking it apart.
- 5Stir in chopped green bell pepper.
- 6Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth.
- 7Mix in the pasta shells and stir well.
- 8Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- 9Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes until the pasta becomes tender.
- 10Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top before serving.
