Ingredients

  • 1400 g ground beef(400g)
  • 2250 g pasta shells(250g)
  • 31 small onion(70g)
  • 41 green bell pepper(120g)
  • 53 clove garlic(9g)
  • 61 can diced tomatoes(400g)
  • 72 cup beef broth(480g)
  • 82 tablespoon tomato paste(32g)
  • 91 teaspoon paprika(2g)
  • 101 teaspoon Italian seasoning(2g)
  • 110.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 120.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 131 tablespoon olive oil(13g)
  • 142 tablespoon parsley(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2Add chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft.
  3. 3Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  4. 4Add ground beef and cook until browned while breaking it apart.
  5. 5Stir in chopped green bell pepper.
  6. 6Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth.
  7. 7Mix in the pasta shells and stir well.
  8. 8Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  9. 9Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes until the pasta becomes tender.
