Ingredients

  • 12 cup milk(480g)
  • 21 cup coconut milk(240g)
  • 30.5 cup shredded coconut(40g)
  • 40.4 cup sweetened condensed milk(120g)
  • 51 teaspoon vanilla extract(4g)
  • 61 pinch salt(0.5g)
  • 71 cup ice cubes(130g)
  • 81 pinch ground cinnamon(0.3g)
  • 91 pinch nutmeg(0.3g)
  • 102 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk (for rim)(40g)
  • 112 tablespoon shredded coconut (for rim)(10g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a blender, combine milk, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, shredded coconut, and ice cubes. Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
  2. 2Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3Adjust the consistency: for a thicker smoothie, add more shredded coconut or reduce the liquid; for a thinner smoothie, add a splash of milk.
  4. 4Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice.
  5. 5To decorate the glass rim, dip the rim in sweetened condensed milk (or honey), then coat with shredded coconut.
