Ingredients
- 1200 g Chicken breast(200g)
- 21 pack Ramen noodles(85g)
- 32 tablespoon Soy sauce (low sodium)(30g)
- 41 tablespoon Fresh ginger(6g)
- 52 stalk Green onions(30g)
- 62 cup Chicken broth (low sodium)(480g)
Instructions
- 1Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
- 2Peel and finely grate the ginger.
- 3In a pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- 4Add the ginger and soy sauce to the broth and bring to a simmer.
- 5Add the chicken strips to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- 6Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually 3-4 minutes.
- 7Slice the green onions.
- 8Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with sliced green onions.
