Ingredients

  • 1200 g Chicken breast(200g)
  • 21 pack Ramen noodles(85g)
  • 32 tablespoon Soy sauce (low sodium)(30g)
  • 41 tablespoon Fresh ginger(6g)
  • 52 stalk Green onions(30g)
  • 62 cup Chicken broth (low sodium)(480g)

Instructions

  1. 1Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. 2Peel and finely grate the ginger.
  3. 3In a pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
  4. 4Add the ginger and soy sauce to the broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5Add the chicken strips to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  6. 6Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually 3-4 minutes.
