Ingredients
- 12 cup sushi rice(370g)
- 23 tablespoon rice vinegar(45g)
- 32 tablespoon sugar(25g)
- 41 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 52 nori sheets(10g)
- 6150 g smoked salmon(150g)
- 71 avocado(200g)
- 80.5 cucumber(100g)
- 9100 g cream cheese(100g)
- 102 tablespoon sesame seeds(18g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Let it cool slightly.
- 2Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir into the cooked rice.
- 3Line a cake mold or springform pan with plastic wrap.
- 4Press half of the sushi rice into the bottom of the pan.
- 5Add a layer of nori sheet, then spread half of the cream cheese, sliced avocado, cucumber, and smoked salmon.
- 6Add the remaining rice, press gently, and top with another nori sheet.
- 7Spread the remaining cream cheese and arrange the rest of the avocado, cucumber, and smoked salmon on top.
- 8Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 9Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
