Ingredients

  • 12 cup sushi rice(370g)
  • 23 tablespoon rice vinegar(45g)
  • 32 tablespoon sugar(25g)
  • 41 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 52 nori sheets(10g)
  • 6150 g smoked salmon(150g)
  • 71 avocado(200g)
  • 80.5 cucumber(100g)
  • 9100 g cream cheese(100g)
  • 102 tablespoon sesame seeds(18g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Let it cool slightly.
  2. 2Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir into the cooked rice.
  3. 3Line a cake mold or springform pan with plastic wrap.
  4. 4Press half of the sushi rice into the bottom of the pan.
  5. 5Add a layer of nori sheet, then spread half of the cream cheese, sliced avocado, cucumber, and smoked salmon.
  6. 6Add the remaining rice, press gently, and top with another nori sheet.
  7. 7Spread the remaining cream cheese and arrange the rest of the avocado, cucumber, and smoked salmon on top.
  8. 8Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. 9Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
