Ingredients

  • 1500 g Beef(500g)
  • 24 Tomatoes(480g)
  • 32 Onion(200g)
  • 42 tablespoon Tomato paste(30g)
  • 50.5 cup Palm oil(120g)
  • 62 teaspoon Ground dried pepper(6g)
  • 71 teaspoon Salt(6g)
  • 82 Seasoning cube(8g)
  • 92 clove Garlic(8g)
  • 101 thumb Ginger(15g)

Instructions

  1. 1Wash and cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, and ginger into a smooth paste.
  3. 3Heat palm oil in a pot over medium heat.
  4. 4Add chopped onions and fry until translucent.
  5. 5Add blended tomato mixture and tomato paste. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6Add beef pieces and stir well.
  7. 7Add ground dried pepper, salt, and seasoning cubes.
  8. 8Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes until beef is tender and stew is thickened.
  9. 9Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  10. 10Serve hot with waakye rice.
