Ingredients
- 1500 g Beef(500g)
- 24 Tomatoes(480g)
- 32 Onion(200g)
- 42 tablespoon Tomato paste(30g)
- 50.5 cup Palm oil(120g)
- 62 teaspoon Ground dried pepper(6g)
- 71 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 82 Seasoning cube(8g)
- 92 clove Garlic(8g)
- 101 thumb Ginger(15g)
Instructions
- 1Wash and cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
- 2Blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, and ginger into a smooth paste.
- 3Heat palm oil in a pot over medium heat.
- 4Add chopped onions and fry until translucent.
- 5Add blended tomato mixture and tomato paste. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6Add beef pieces and stir well.
- 7Add ground dried pepper, salt, and seasoning cubes.
- 8Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes until beef is tender and stew is thickened.
- 9Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 10Serve hot with waakye rice.
