- 32 tablespoon nutritional yeast(10g)
- 42 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds(20g)
- 50.5 lemon lemon juice(20g)
- 660 ml plant-based milk(60g)
- 750 ml water(50g)
Instructions
- 1Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 2Crumble the desalted feta cheese.
- 3In a blender, combine the spinach, feta cheese, nutritional yeast, hulled hemp seeds, lemon juice, plant-based milk, and water.
- 4Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 5Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
- 6Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
