Ingredients

  • 1250 g pasta(250g)
  • 21 cup heavy cream(240g)
  • 30.5 cup Parmesan cheese(50g)
  • 42 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
  • 52 clove garlic(6g)
  • 61 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. 4Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. 5Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
