- 1250 g pasta(250g)
- 21 cup heavy cream(240g)
- 30.5 cup Parmesan cheese(50g)
- 42 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
- 52 clove garlic(6g)
- 61 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 70.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 3Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- 4Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- 5Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- 6Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 7Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
