Chippy Boys (Potato Chips with Gorgonzola and Balsamic)
Ingredients
- 11 bag potato chips(150g)
- 20.5 cup gorgonzola cheese(60g)
- 32 tablespoon balsamic glaze(30g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the broiler.
- 2Spread the potato chips evenly on a baking sheet.
- 3Sprinkle the gorgonzola cheese over the chips.
- 4Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly toasted.
- 5Drizzle the sweet balsamic glaze over the hot chips and cheese.
- 6Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
