Ingredients
- 1400 g cooked noodles or linguine(400g)
- 22 tablespoon dark soy sauce(30g)
- 31 tablespoon soy sauce(15g)
- 42 tablespoon honey(42g)
- 51 tablespoon corn starch(8g)
- 61 tablespoon water(15g)
- 72 spring onions, sliced (optional garnish)(20g)
- 81 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional garnish)(9g)
Instructions
- 1Cook noodles or linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a large pan or wok, add cooked noodles.
- 3Add dark soy sauce, soy sauce, and honey to the noodles. Toss to combine.
- 4Mix corn starch with water to make a slurry. Add to the noodles and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles.
- 5Serve hot, topped with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- 6Optionally, add cooked teriyaki chicken on top for a complete meal.
