Ingredients

  • 1400 g cooked noodles or linguine(400g)
  • 22 tablespoon dark soy sauce(30g)
  • 31 tablespoon soy sauce(15g)
  • 42 tablespoon honey(42g)
  • 51 tablespoon corn starch(8g)
  • 61 tablespoon water(15g)
  • 72 spring onions, sliced (optional garnish)(20g)
  • 81 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional garnish)(9g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook noodles or linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2In a large pan or wok, add cooked noodles.
  3. 3Add dark soy sauce, soy sauce, and honey to the noodles. Toss to combine.
  4. 4Mix corn starch with water to make a slurry. Add to the noodles and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles.
  5. 5Serve hot, topped with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  6. 6Optionally, add cooked teriyaki chicken on top for a complete meal.
