Ingredients

  • 116 oz grape tomatoes(454g)
  • 24 oz feta cheese(113g)
  • 33 tablespoon olive oil(40g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 61 teaspoon oregano(1g)
  • 71 teaspoon chili flake(2g)
  • 88 oz pasta(227g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Place grape tomatoes in a baking dish.
  3. 3Add the block of feta cheese to the center of the dish.
  4. 4Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and feta to cover.
  5. 5Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.
  6. 6Bake for 30-35 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta is golden.
  7. 7Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  8. 8Remove the baking dish from the oven and mash the tomatoes and feta together to create a sauce.
  9. 9Add the cooked pasta to the dish and mix until well combined.
  10. 10Serve warm.
