- 24 oz feta cheese(113g)
- 33 tablespoon olive oil(40g)
- 40.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 50.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 61 teaspoon oregano(1g)
- 71 teaspoon chili flake(2g)
- 88 oz pasta(227g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Place grape tomatoes in a baking dish.
- 3Add the block of feta cheese to the center of the dish.
- 4Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and feta to cover.
- 5Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.
- 6Bake for 30-35 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta is golden.
- 7Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- 8Remove the baking dish from the oven and mash the tomatoes and feta together to create a sauce.
- 9Add the cooked pasta to the dish and mix until well combined.
- 10Serve warm.
