Ingredients
- 11 cup coconut sugar(200g)
- 21 cup filtered water(240g)
- 31 strip orange rind(5g)
- 41 strip lemon rind(5g)
- 51 strip lime rind(5g)
- 62 stick cinnamon sticks(10g)
- 73 dash coriander(1g)
- 82 dash nutmeg(1g)
- 93 tablespoon tart cherry juice(45g)
- 101 sparkling water(180g)
Instructions
- 1Add coconut sugar to a pot over low to medium heat and stir frequently until sticky, about 10 minutes.
- 2Add filtered water and stir to combine.
- 3Add orange rind, lemon rind, lime rind, cinnamon sticks, coriander, and nutmeg. Stir and increase heat to medium until it reaches a low boil.
- 4Reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5Strain the syrup and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- 6To make Cherry Coke: Add 3 tablespoons cola syrup and 3 tablespoons tart cherry juice over ice in a 12 oz glass.
- 7Top with sparkling water and adjust to taste.
