Ingredients

  • 11 lb chicken breast(454g)
  • 212 oz fettuccine noodles(340g)
  • 34 cup water or broth(960g)
  • 41 bell pepper, sliced(120g)
  • 50.5 onion, sliced(60g)
  • 61 cup alfredo sauce(240g)
  • 72.5 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, for chicken(7g)
  • 81.5 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, to finish(4g)
  • 90.25 cup parmesan (optional, for topping)(25g)

Instructions

  1. 1Dice chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, cook preferred way. If needed, add 1-2 teaspoons of water or broth if using precooked chicken to help seasoning stick. Set aside.
  2. 2Chop pepper and onion (or steam microwave bag) and sauté until softened, then set aside.
  3. 3Add water and noodles to the pepper/onion pan, bring to a boil then reduce heat and cook until done. If needed, add 1/2 cup more water to finish noodles cooking.
  4. 4Mix noodles, chicken, peppers, and onions together. Stir in Alfredo sauce and add extra Cajun seasoning to taste.
  5. 5Top with Parmesan and enjoy!
