Bruschetta & Ricotta Toast
Ingredients
- 11 tomato(120g)
- 21 clove garlic(5g)
- 35 leaves fresh basil(2g)
- 41 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
- 52 slices bread(60g)
- 60.25 cup ricotta cheese(62g)
Instructions
- 1Dice the tomato and mince the garlic.
- 2In a dish, combine tomato, garlic, chopped basil, and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.
- 3Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- 4Spread a spoonful of ricotta cheese on each toast.
- 5Layer the bruschetta mixture and ricotta in alternating spoonfuls on the toast.
- 6Serve immediately and enjoy.
