  • 330 g Pork belly slices(30g)
  • 41 tablespoon Pork fat(12g)
  • 52 tablespoon Japanese sake(30g)
  • 61 tablespoon Pork stock powder(8g)
  • 77 pinch MSG, IMP, GMP blend(2g)
  • 81.5 teaspoon Gelatin powder(5g)
  • 90.25 tablespoon Sugar(3g)
  • 101.5 tablespoon Soy sauce(27g)
  • 112 pinch Black pepper(0.5g)
  • 122 teaspoon Soy milk(10g)
  • 130.5 teaspoon Sesame oil(2g)
  • 141 tablespoon Gochujang(18g)
  • 150.5 teaspoon Red chili powder(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a pot, combine 340ml water, garlic powder, pork belly slices, pork fat, Japanese sake, pork stock powder, MSG/IMP/GMP blend, and gelatin powder.
  2. 2Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3Blend the soup mixture with a handheld blender until creamy.
  4. 4Add sugar, soy sauce, black pepper, and soy milk to the blended soup. Blend again until smooth.
  5. 5In a small bowl, mix sesame oil, gochujang, red chili powder, MSG, and water to make the spicy sauce.
  6. 6Boil egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  7. 7To serve, place cooked noodles in a bowl, pour over the hot soup, and top with the spicy sauce. Add any desired toppings.
