Roast Beef Biscuit Sliders with Au Jus
Ingredients
- 11 16.3 oz can refrigerated biscuits(462g)
- 21 lb deli roast beef(454g)
- 32 tablespoon creamy horseradish sauce(30g)
- 48 slice provolone cheese(160g)
- 51 1 oz packet Au Jus gravy mix(28g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly.
- 3Spread a small amount of creamy horseradish sauce on each biscuit.
- 4Top each biscuit with sliced roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese.
- 5Fold the biscuits over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- 6Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet.
- 7Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- 8While biscuits bake, prepare Au Jus gravy mix according to package instructions.
- 9Serve the sliders warm with Au Jus for dipping.
