Ingredients

  • 11 16.3 oz can refrigerated biscuits(462g)
  • 21 lb deli roast beef(454g)
  • 32 tablespoon creamy horseradish sauce(30g)
  • 48 slice provolone cheese(160g)
  • 51 1 oz packet Au Jus gravy mix(28g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly.
  3. 3Spread a small amount of creamy horseradish sauce on each biscuit.
  4. 4Top each biscuit with sliced roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese.
  5. 5Fold the biscuits over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. 6Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet.
  7. 7Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. 8While biscuits bake, prepare Au Jus gravy mix according to package instructions.
