- 61 cup Beef broth(240g)
- 72 tablespoon Ketchup(34g)
- 81 tablespoon Butter(14g)
- 92 lb Potatoes, peeled and cubed(908g)
- 100.5 cup Milk(120g)
- 112 tablespoon Sour cream(30g)
- 121 teaspoon Salt(5g)
- 130.5 teaspoon Pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- 2Mix ground beef, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, and Worcestershire sauce.
- 3Shape mixture into patties.
