Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine bread flour, instant yeast, salt, water, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- 2Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- 3Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C) with a baking steel or pizza stone inside.
- 4Punch down the dough and stretch it into a 12-inch circle.
- 5Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- 6Top with cooked chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, and red onion slices.
- 7Transfer the pizza to the preheated baking steel and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- 8Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
