  • 60.5 cup barbecue sauce(140g)
  • 71 cup cooked chicken breast(140g)
  • 81.5 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded(168g)
  • 90.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced(30g)
  • 102 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped(2g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine bread flour, instant yeast, salt, water, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. 2Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. 3Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C) with a baking steel or pizza stone inside.
  4. 4Punch down the dough and stretch it into a 12-inch circle.
  5. 5Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  6. 6Top with cooked chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, and red onion slices.
  7. 7Transfer the pizza to the preheated baking steel and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
