Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
- 12 chicken breast(300g)
- 21.5 cup penne pasta (cooked)(225g)
- 31 cup heavy cream(240g)
- 40.75 cup shredded mozzarella(75g)
- 50.25 cup parmesan cheese(25g)
- 63 clove garlic (minced)(9g)
- 70.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 80.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 90.25 teaspoon paprika(1g)
- 101 tablespoon butter(14g)
- 111 tablespoon olive oil(13g)
- 122 tablespoon parsley(6g)
Instructions
- 1Season sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 2Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
- 3In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4Pour in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- 5Add cooked penne pasta to the sauce and mix well.
- 6Place the seared chicken on top of the pasta and cover with shredded mozzarella.
- 7Broil or bake until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- 8Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve.
