Ingredients

  • 12 chicken breast(300g)
  • 21.5 cup penne pasta (cooked)(225g)
  • 31 cup heavy cream(240g)
  • 40.75 cup shredded mozzarella(75g)
  • 50.25 cup parmesan cheese(25g)
  • 63 clove garlic (minced)(9g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 80.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 90.25 teaspoon paprika(1g)
  • 101 tablespoon butter(14g)
  • 111 tablespoon olive oil(13g)
  • 122 tablespoon parsley(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1Season sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. 2Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
  3. 3In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. 4Pour in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5Add cooked penne pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  6. 6Place the seared chicken on top of the pasta and cover with shredded mozzarella.
  7. 7Broil or bake until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
  8. 8Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve.
