Stewed Apple and Oats Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 11 apple(150g)
- 20.5 cup rolled oats(40g)
- 30.75 cup plain yogurt(180g)
- 41 tablespoon peanut butter(16g)
- 50.5 teaspoon cinnamon(1.3g)
- 61 teaspoon honey(7g)
Instructions
- 1Peel and dice the apple.
- 2In a small saucepan, add the diced apple, cinnamon, and a splash of water. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the apple is soft and stewed.
- 3In a bowl, add the rolled oats and yogurt. Mix well.
- 4Top the oats and yogurt mixture with the stewed apple.
- 5Drizzle honey and peanut butter on top.
- 6Serve immediately.
