  • 20.5 cup rolled oats(40g)
  • 30.75 cup plain yogurt(180g)
  • 41 tablespoon peanut butter(16g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon cinnamon(1.3g)
  • 61 teaspoon honey(7g)

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and dice the apple.
  2. 2In a small saucepan, add the diced apple, cinnamon, and a splash of water. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the apple is soft and stewed.
  3. 3In a bowl, add the rolled oats and yogurt. Mix well.
  4. 4Top the oats and yogurt mixture with the stewed apple.
