Soft Rice Flour Pancakes with Strawberries and Agave Syrup
Ingredients
- 140 g rice flour(40g)
- 21 egg(50g)
- 340 g milk(40g)
- 440 g Greek yogurt(40g)
- 550 g strawberries(50g)
- 610 g agave syrup(10g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, mix the rice flour with the egg.
- 2Add the milk and Greek yogurt, and stir until the batter is smooth and creamy.
- 3Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 4Pour all the batter into the hot pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
- 5Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden.
- 6Transfer the pancake to a plate.
- 7Top with fresh strawberries and drizzle with agave syrup.
- 8Serve immediately.
