- 91 cup chocolate chips(170g)
- 100.5 cup heavy cream(120g)
- 110.25 cup rainbow candy sprinkles(40g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- 3In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
- 4Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- 5Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- 6Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- 7Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 8Let brownies cool completely in the pan.
- 9For the icing, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth and glossy.
- 10Spread the chocolate icing over the cooled brownies.
- 11Sprinkle rainbow candy sprinkles evenly over the icing.
- 12Let the icing set before slicing and serving.
