Ingredients

  • 43 eggs(150g)
  • 52 teaspoon vanilla extract(10g)
  • 61 cup all-purpose flour(125g)
  • 70.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder(65g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 91 cup chocolate chips(170g)
  • 100.5 cup heavy cream(120g)
  • 110.25 cup rainbow candy sprinkles(40g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. 2Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
  3. 3In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
  4. 4Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  5. 5Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
