Lasagna-Style Gnocchi Soup
Ingredients
- 1400 g ground beef(400g)
- 20.5 onion(60g)
- 32 clove garlic(6g)
- 4300 g tomato sauce(300g)
- 51 tablespoon sriracha sauce(15g)
- 61 teaspoon paprika(2g)
- 70.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 80.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 90.5 teaspoon cumin(1g)
- 101 teaspoon parsley(1g)
- 111 teaspoon oregano(1g)
- 126 ladle beef broth(900g)
- 13125 ml cream(125g)
- 14500 g gnocchi(500g)
- 1540 g parmesan cheese(40g)
- 1680 g ricotta cheese(80g)
Instructions
- 1Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 2In a large pot, melt the onion and garlic over medium heat until softened.
- 3Add the ground beef and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring to break up the meat.
- 4Add paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, parsley, and oregano. Stir to combine.
- 5Pour in the tomato sauce and sriracha sauce. Mix well.
- 6Simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
- 7Add the beef broth and bring to a gentle boil. Cook for 5 minutes.
- 8Pour in the cream, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- 9Add the parmesan cheese and gnocchi. Stir gently.
- 10Cook until the gnocchi float to the surface.
- 11Serve hot in bowls, topped with a spoonful of ricotta cheese.
