  • 20.5 cup Butter(113g)
  • 32 teaspoon Minced garlic(10g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. 2Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the bread from the center.
  3. 3In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic salt, and Parmesan cheese to make garlic butter.
  4. 4Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the bread.
  5. 5Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden and toasty, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. 6In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, mustard, red chili flakes, parsley, garlic and herb seasoning to make the salad dressing.
  7. 7Add pepperoncini, shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and a little Parmesan cheese to the dressing and toss to coat.
  8. 8Layer provolone and white American cheese on the toasted bread. Return to the oven until the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
  9. 9Add layers of pepperoni, salami, honey ham, and turkey on top of the melted cheese.
  10. 10Top with the prepared salad mixture.
  11. 11Add sliced tomato, sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  12. 12Close the sandwich, cut into portions, and serve.
